To replace your fob, please contact Blaine Anderson at TPAM by email at blaine.anderson@tpam.biz
The fee is $35 for a replacement fob.
A new fob and bath key together costs $70.

If you plan any exterior changes or modifications to your property, you’ll need to submit an Architectural Review Form.

Complete the form and submit it along with property site survey with requested changes, as well as photos and colors chosen for your project. Email it to blaine.anderson@tpam.biz.
Processing takes up to 30 days per our Covenants.
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) meets monthly to review submitted forms. Residents are welcome to attend the meeting, but attendance is not required for your request to be considered

The annual assessment dues must be paid by January 1 of each year. A grace period is provided through March 31 without penalty. After that, interest accrues at 1.8% per month applied retroactively for January–March and for each additional month until paid. Payments can be made through the Resident Portal.
